Typical delivery timeline: 6–9 months

Step 1 – Expression of Interest

You register interest in a solar PV and battery solution with AI Edge, allowing us to assess suitability and begin preliminary analysis.

Step 2 – Energy Data & Cost Baseline

We collect half-hourly electricity consumption data for the previous 12 months and a recent utility bill to establish a clear usage and cost baseline.

Step 3 – Desktop Design & Engineering

Our appointed solar designers and battery engineers prepare an initial system design based on your data and site characteristics.

Step 4 – Initial Proposal & Savings Review

We present a clear proposal outlining system capacity, expected generation, battery performance, and forecast savings.

Step 5 – Letter of Intent & Funding Alignment

If you wish to proceed, a non-binding Letter of Intent is signed, allowing us to invest in detailed engineering and, where required, align funding.

Step 6 – Site & Grid Surveys

We carry out roof condition and structural surveys and secure a District Network Operator (DNO) connection offer to confirm export capacity.

Step 7 – Final Proposal Approval

A fully engineered proposal is presented for approval. If you choose to proceed, formal documentation is completed. At this stage, withdrawal may result in recovery of incurred professional and statutory costs.

Step 8 – Procurement & Programme Planning

Equipment is ordered, grid conditions finalised, and installation logistics agreed.

Step 9 – Contract Signature

The contract is signed, confirming scope, programme, and responsibilities.

Step 10 – Installation & Commissioning

The system is installed, commissioned, and brought live, delivering lower energy costs, improved resilience, and long-term value.

Next Step

If you would like an initial discussion or would like us to review your site suitability, we would be happy to arrange a no-obligation call. Our aim is to provide clarity and support from the outset, with no pressure to proceed.
