Capital Expenditure - where the client pays out right and benefits from the free solar generation and the battery storage benefits including export income of 12pkWh

Asset finance or operating lease - the client will enter into a fixed or solar generation tracker repayment scheme to repay the capital cost over seven to ten years.

Power Purchase Agreements - where we offer either fixed rate PPA's that are not linked to inflation over 15 years or inflation linked 25 year PPAs with lower PPA rates at the start of the programme. The first scheme offers clarity and stability without the variability of inflation rates, the latter offer lower initial rates but is dependent on inflation as the term matures.
